SB209

Most summers we have around 20 students working in the Microbiology and Molecular Biology lab, SB209, in the Science Building on the Brayford Pool campus. This is a place for those students to share their experience.

I'm Alex, 20, don't really go by my birth name anymore unless its official stuff until I change it by the infamous DePol. Anyway, I adore lab work, I'm like a duck in water when it comes to this stuff, hence why I have decided to give up my time this summer to join in the fun of doing some lab work and gaining a lot of experience from it. In my mind, having experience is such a good thing to have these days. You may know all of the details but unless you can put it into practise you are merely a fact regurgitating machine. I'm no good at fact retaining but I'm good with my hands. I'm not really concerned about much, I just want to have an awesome time and hopefully make some good friends for the following years of uni.
