Most summers we have around 20 students working in the Microbiology and Molecular Biology lab, SB209, in the Science Building on the Brayford Pool campus. This is a place for those students to share their experience.

First day in the lab, and it’s great to have it full of people so keen to get on with some research! I hope you’ve all had a good day, although I suspect you felt it was very unproductive! Paperwork tomorrow, and then on Wednesday we’ll actually be able to get on and do some sampling!
